Program Overview
TIFIDIN Game Plan is a mental wellness and peak performance program designed for elite student-athletes. It integrates life skills, resilience training, and the SUCCEED Self-Mastery Method to train athletes for success on the court and in life.
1. The TIFIDIN Framework
Think It, Feel It, Do It Now – A mindset philosophy focussed on turning thoughts into acons for consistent peak performance.
Core Focus: Building mental toughness, self-awareness, and intenonal effort.
Applicaon: Players, parents, and coaches use the same language to communicate goals, actions, and feedback effecvely.
2. The SUCCEED Self-Mastery Method – Practices to Elevate Performance
The SUCCEED Self-Mastery Method consists of 7 power practices that form the foundation of the program:
Power Practice # 1: Surround Yourself with the Right People
• Curating you personal TIFIDIN Board of Excellence (TBOE).
• Teamwork, trust, and leadership roles.
